Finally they told me that if I want to solve the problem with the keyboard they had to open the device, change the motherboard and screen and the cost of this was like a new Asus.īeyond everything, like others users I have the problems with the trackpad skipping, moving randomly and basically becoming totally unusable Then restored to factory default and nothing.
I took it to Asus Support they told me that the keyboard was fine (they tested in another device). Call to Asus Support and told me to take it to an Asus Partner check the device. I wrote to Asus Support and told me to update ATK driver and Driver Pointing Device, I did it but still the same. If I want to use the dock I have connect and disconnect several times until it's recognized. Since july I have been experiencing problems with the keyboard dock becoming not recognized and I cannot use the keybord or trackpad. I bought an Asus T303UA (i7/8GB RAM) in June 2017.
